Nepali Ghar is proud to announce the opening of it’s newly extended wing: Seto Ghar. Painstakingly renovated during the pandemic, Seto Ghar represents the glory of a Rana time period aristocratic household.
A true representation of a neoclassical bungalow, the Seto Ghar wing is breathtaking with strong pillars, and arched windows flanked by 2 cozy courtyards.
This 26-room L-shaped mansion connects with the already ornate Nepali Ghar, which is an ode to Nepali craftsmanship, and provides an ornate juxtaposition with a subtle fusion of modern art deco and neoclassical interiors in contrast to the wooden decor of Nepali ghar.

Chiya Pasal
Our Chiya Pasal (All day dining) has relocated to Seto Ghar, and offers breakfast buffet and all day dining options. In Nepali, Chiya Pasal means “Tea Shop” and it’s a place where you will find many Nepalese taking a break from their work. Our new art deco and retro themed set up is one where we hope you will spend some time enjoying the food, ambience and company!
VYAYAM/FITNESS CENTER
Vyayam is now located at Seto Ghar- offering a larger space for exercise, with easy access to the courtyard. We have multi-function fitness machines, weights, treadmill and cardio exercise equipment for you to choose from. You can continue your fitness routine while you stay with us.
Water Fountain
Within the first courtyard, Seto Ghar has a calming wall water fountain that adds to the peace and tranquility of the place. It’s a zen element that helps you enjoy the sound of flowing water adding a natural element in the heart of the city.
Meeting Hall
We have a dedicated conference room for meetings and seminars which have the maximum capacity of upto 60 person in theater style, and 30 persons in U- shape.
Meditation Hall
Our Meditation hall adjoins the Fitness Gym, as wellness is of utmost importance. Find some time for reflection in our meditation and yoga hall during your stay at Seto Ghar.
Live Wood Fire Pizza
A special new addition for our guests is a live wood fire oven that serves fresh pizza out of the oven in our inner courtyard.
Sani Gift Shop
Sani Gift Shop offers a collection of various Nepali Handmade products to support local craft. It also promotes product made by single women.
