We are happy to welcome you at Nepali Ghar Hotel

Due to ongoing pandemic worldwide, we have to ask you to comply with some rules for your own safety and the safety of our faculty against COVID-19

• Keep 2 meters apart from other persons
• Only guests with a reservation have access to the premises
• Max. 2 visitors per reservation are allowed (exception for families with children)
• Do not come to the hotel/restaurant earlier than the agreed time
• Stay home if you have any of the following:
  • Common cold/runny nose
  • Sore throat/mild cough
  • Increase of body temperature (from 38 degrees Celsius)
• Stay at home if someone in your household has a fever (from 38 ° C) and/or cold complaints
• On arrival at the hotel clean your hands with the material provided by our staff
• Upon arrival, the Covid-19 questionnaire must be completed. You will also be asked to leave your contact details (e-mail and/or phone number)
• Do not shake hands with anybody
• Always follow the instructions of our staff
• Wash your hands frequently during at least 20 seconds
• Cough and sneeze into your elbow and use tissue paper
• Pay in advance for your stay and extra expenses at the hotel with cards. We will not accept cash
• Due to the various measures, longer waiting times may arise, we ask for your understanding
• We will not keep any private or abandoned private property due to infection risk
• Please do not stay longer than necessary in the lobby and public areas.
• We can send a copy of your bill for verification to your e-mail address on the day of departure or any earlier according to your wishes
