Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 noon
Late checkout up to 18:00 Hrs. a charge of 50% of the contracted charge will be applicable. For check out after 18:00 Hrs. a full night’s rate will apply. Both facilities are subject to availability
Confirmed F.I.T bookings must be advised, in writing, 7 (days days prior to expected arrival date of guest.)
Confirmed G.I.T bookings must be advised, in writing, 30 (thirty) days prior to expected arrival of the group.
Any cancellation made less than above stipulated minimal, shall attract a one night room retention charge as per booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 days prior to the check in time of the hotel.
All no shows will be charged a one nights retention.

Guests are requested to provide photo identification at the time of check in. All visitors will have to register at the front desk.

Complimentary policy for groups will be as follows, not more than 2 rooms per group

Full payment is required prior to departure unless credit facilities have been extended in writing in advance. This agreement does not automatically guarantee credit facilities, which the hotel reserves the right to approve.
Hotel has the right to require full payment before guest check in.
- For FIT bookings: full payment will be paid 3 days before guest arrival date.
- For GIT bookings: full payment will be paid 7 days before guest arrival date.
Payment is made in USD or in local currency shall be at prevailing official Hotel’s exchange rate issued by the hotel at the date of payment and will be accepted by cash or bank transfer.

The above rates are non – commissionable.
The Rates are exclusive and are subjected to 10%Service Charge and 13%VAT (Cumulative 24.3%).
Any previous agreement both in written and verbal will be null and void on the effective period of this contract agreement.
Should there be any changes in the above taxes by the Government; the new taxes will be levied as accordingly.
In the event of an Act of God, or of unpredictable events which are beyond its reasonable control, either party shall be released from its obligations without compensation. That party nevertheless, undertakes to inform the other party by every available means in order to limit potential loss or damage.
All room reservations are subject to availability upon receipt of the agent reservations request.
To validate this agreement, please sign and return the enclosed copy within 7 days of the date of issue. Otherwise, this contract agreement will be considered null and void.
