Dining

A table by the waterfall

Our dining spaces pair retro character with fresh farm produce and open-air settings, creating meals that feel connected to nature.

Farm to Table

Eat where the garden grows

Around 40% of the vegetables served at our dining spaces come from our organic farm, keeping the connection between the land and the table close. That connection continues around the dining spaces, where a retro garden, gentle waterfall, and koi pond create a setting made for taking your time over a meal.

Chiya Pasal

All-Day Dining · 06:30 – 21:30

The name Chiya Pasal means ‘tea shop’, a familiar name that feels instantly at home in Kathmandu. Step inside, though, and you’ll find a charming colonial, retro-style all-day dining space that offers far more than tea. The menu moves between local favourites and international flavours, with produce from our own organic farm finding its way into the dishes.

There is plenty to linger over, too. Our restaurant in Thamel unfolds across several distinct spaces, from the open-air front yard and relaxed middle section to a cosier inner dining area. The backyard brings larger groups together around round tables, while the indoor lounge bar offers a more intimate setting. A garden with a waterfall and koi pond ties it all together, creating a setting that feels unhurried, warm, and distinctly its own.

Dine in the Heartof the Garden

The setting of our dining outlets feels wonderfully close to nature, even as each space brings its own distinct character. Two open courtyards set the tone, with a retro garden wrapped around a gentle waterfall and koi pond, creating a relaxed backdrop for every meal. From an unhurried breakfast to a cosy lunch or an evening dinner, each meal can be enjoyed in this inviting setting. Much of the experience comes from our organic farm too, where produce is picked fresh and brought to the table, making every meal feel even closer to nature.
