Where is Nepali Ghar Hotel located?
We are at Amrit Marg-26, Thamel—in the heart of Kathmandu. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance, and Kathmandu Durbar Square is roughly 20 minutes away on foot.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
A daily lavish breakfast at Chiya Pasal is included with the Indragriha Apartment Suite. For other room categories, breakfast can be added to your stay and is served at Chiya Pasal from 06:30 to 10:30.
Do you offer yoga and meditation?
Yes—complimentary daily yoga and meditation runs from 06:30 to 08:00 at the Himalayan Buddhist Meditation Center, guided by professional instructors. Please register at the front desk at least 12 hours in advance. Teaching sessions and sound-healing therapy are also available on request, on a chargeable basis.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary private parking is available, with additional parking just outside the property.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes, airport transfers can be arranged—simply mention it when booking, or ask our 24-hour front desk. Our Last-Minute offer includes a complimentary one-way transfer.
What is your child policy?
Children 0–4 years stay complimentary; 4–12 years are charged at half rate; guests 12 years and above are treated as adults.
What is your cancellation policy?
For FIT bookings, cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, or a no-show of a confirmed booking, attracts a full room-retention charge on the quoted rate. Group bookings follow separate terms—see our Terms & Conditions.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
Do you have a gym and spa?
The Vyayam Fitness Centre is open daily from 06:00 to 21:30. Our Nuad Thai Spa is opening soon on the top floor, with valley views and Ancient Thai therapies.
Which currencies do you accept?
We accept Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and US Dollars (USD).
Are the rooms smoke-free?
Yes, all rooms are smoke-free.
